We are looking for a few Financial Support Representatives to join our team of incredible people this summer. About You
- You have excellent communication skills
- You can problem solve with a can-do attitude
- You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
- You enjoy working with a team as well as independently
- You are 18+ years of age
- You have a high school diploma (higher education preferred)
- You pass a criminal background check
- You pass a drug screening
About the Job
- Assist customers with any possible fraudulent activity on their credit and/or debit card accounts
- Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all calls
- Prioritize customer retention and offer additional cross-sales products to customers when applicable
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
- Navigate through multiple systems
- Ongoing training and skill development
