Are you ready to go beyond?
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the strategic impact of the organization.
This position will report within the Global Supply Chain (GSC). The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, financially savvy, and passionate about their work.
Location: Remote.
Travel: 25%, once a quarter for on site meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly MOH/Warehousing operating expense closing process, monthly MML and OMM including long range planning.
- Provide financial support for supplier contract negotiations, forecasting procurement part cost, and analyzing tactical sourcing decisions
- Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to drive operating cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare and support monthly GSC/Logistics Finance review with senior management.
- Support GSC/Logistics performance reporting requirements pertaining to operating expenses and inventory.
- Support GSC ad hoc requirements for driving part cost and inventory reduction as well as cash flow improvement.
- Assist with GSC’s annual eSOX testing.
- Join GSC Finance teams in supporting ACE initiatives for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR advanced degree with 3+ years’ relevant experience.
- US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who enjoys a dynamic work environment
- Highly adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organized person, able to plan, forecast, and track progress and to use written, verbal, and analytical skills to influence business objectives
- Proficiency or previous experience with Excel, SAP, HFM and Business Warehouse.
