The Financial Analyst will work closely with the SVP, FP&A to develop, monitor and analyze the competitive positioning of the company and its overall performance. They will provide financial guidance and influence decisions to drive business unit success. This is a high-profile role including extensive interaction with business leaders and the executive team.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly reporting packages on financial performance
  • Own standard reporting processes for trend analysis, pipeline reporting, and other key KPI’s
  • Perform variance analysis for budget & forecast owners as well as provide input and/or recommendations
  • Work with the accounting team during the close process as needed
  • Support various ad hoc reporting requests for business

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years or more experience in a business finance role
  • BA, BS or BBA degree (Accounting or Finance)
  • Strong accounting, financial statement and financial reporting prep skills
  • High proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Experience working with, merging and analyzing large data sets
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Willingness to be part of a team and to continuously learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years financial experience
  • Experience using SalesForce and NetSuite
  • Master's Degree in Business or related field
  • Software and/or Services industry experience a plus
  • Demonstrated mastery of Excel is a must

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
