Position Summary
The Finance Manager oversees financial services through managing objectives and policies regarding revenue, expense, and profit goals.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepares budgets, financial forecasts, and monitors adherence to a financial plan.
- Identifies areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Manages assigned staff, establishing individual goals and evaluating results.
- Oversite over functions and business units
- Will handle traditional FP&A work
- Financial Reporting into corporate
- Forecasting
- Heavy variance and trend analysis
- Building financial models for New Business
- High visibility to executive management
- Strategy Analysis
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred
- 7 years of FP&A experience
- Experience in accounting & managing month-end
- e-Commerce OR Insurance experience
- Experience with start-ups preferred
