Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, employees, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

Position responsibilities:

  • Strategically partner with Operations Leadership across the Enterprise to interpret and advise on all financial analysis and reporting of key financial metrics related to business performance, including operating and strategic reviews
  • Identify opportunities to improve methodologies and processes for delivering complex financial analysis in support of management decision-making for leadership
  • Understand the overarching strategic direction while working closely with our partners on Forecast, Month-end close, Efficiency Initiatives as well as Cost Allocations
  • Responsible for ensuring business drivers are accurately reflected in the financial forecasts
  • Promote and drive objectives of the Enterprise Finance organization
  • Recognize issues, discuss, respond, give feedback, and challenge senior management on Expenses, Contracts, Projects, Strategies, Costing Models, and Allocations

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and tracking
  • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Hyperion Essbase experience
  • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
  • Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions
  • Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies to support business continuity and contingency plans
  • Knowledge and understanding of Operations processes and productivity
  • Experience using financial planning and analysis systems
