Intro
We are seeking a part-time Field Services Coordinator to join our team! The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and administration of all installation and service sub-contractors. They will identify and establish relationships with new vendors as needed and serve as the primary point of contact for existing sub-contractors.
This role is the perfect part-time opportunity for someone who is:
1-3 years customer service and/or administrative support required
Previous experience in sales, recruiting, scheduling, logistics and construction strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors.
Ability to build strong customer and vendor relationships
Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Time management and prioritization to ensure excellent execution.
Solid organization skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proven ability to work in a dead-line driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Intro
We are seeking a part-time Field Services Coordinator to join our team! The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and administration of all installation and service sub-contractors. They will identify and establish relationships with new vendors as needed and serve as the primary point of contact for existing sub-contractors.
This role is the perfect part-time opportunity for someone who is:
- Detail oriented.
- Customer service driven.
- Comfortable on the phones.
- Wants to work part-time and set their own hours.
- Remote work is avaible! Must attend weekly meeting in-person.
- Source and recruit variety of skilled 1099 contractors across the state as needed to support installation volume
- Work with Installation Managers to validate 1099 skills
- Onboard 1099 contractors (negotiate contract terms, validate licensing, insurance, appropriate certifications, etc.)
- Maintain 1099 contractor records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and all contractors are operating within Pella standards
- Maintain W2 technician records, arranging for training and certification when necessary
- Act as a liaison with 1099 contractors for problem resolution, including issues with payment, quality of workmanship and termination of contract
- Review service technician schedules and identify available time slots for additional service jobs
- Communicate any changes in schedule with service technicians
- Notify customers of product deliveries prior to scheduled installation or repair appointments
- Notify installers of product deliveries with times and/or pickups at warehouse for next business day
1-3 years customer service and/or administrative support required
