About the Role

Field Marketing is the primary liaison between the Field Sales team and Corporate Marketing. The Field Marketing Manager needs to identify and generate awareness and demand by using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics. Their main goal is to move accounts through the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle for prospects and customers through the execution of marketing programs.

About You

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with sales leadership to build pipeline.
  • Strong Field Marketing background at a B2B company.
  • Experience crafting, building and executing a 6-month rolling Field Marking plan independently.
  • Extensive experience working closely with multiple extended teams including alliances, sales, and marketing.
Other Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Client-Service experience/mentality.
  • Strong initiative and ability to multitask, with a "can-do" demeanor.
  • Passion for solving challenges with a strong work ethic.
  • Budget management experience.
