The Fellows Program Field Manager is responsible for "driving" the Fellows Initiative within defined geographies, and with critically important market segments including Key Academic Medical Centers, Physicians in Training, Program Directors, and with existing and future IFP Faculty. Additionally, the Fellows Program Field Manager is responsible for implementing strategic plan components and key focus areas associated with the International Fellows Program.
In this unique and important role; the IFP Field Manager will develop account specific action plans with clear and measurable goals and metrics within Target Academic Medical Centers, Identify Target Fellows for participation in the BIOTRONIK IFP, drive and secure target audience goals for all IFP Programs, Courses, and Initiatives, build, actively manage and maintain Fellow Data Bases within University Hospitals and with Transitioning Fellows as well to insure effective transition continuity.
Additionally, the IFP Field Manager will develop and execute core IFP Programs within Key Academic Markets including, Cardiac Anatomy Programs, Journal Clubs, EP Societies, Visiting Professorships, and general Fellow Education Programs designed to support the safe and efficacious utilization of BIOTRONIK Therapies and Technologies.
The IFP Field Manager will actively identify "Next Generation" Fellows for enhanced corporate support, engagement with the Fellows Advisory Council and other core initiatives supporting World Class education and training aligning with the BIOTRONIK Brand.
This unique position will also be responsible for engaging with the BIOTRONIK Field Representatives and Managers responsible for coverage at University Hospitals and Academic Medical Centers to insure optimal application and utilization of corporate and IFP resources.
In addition to the aforementioned scope ,the International Fellows Program Field Manager position can also be a platform to develop key organizational talent for additional responsibilities across the breadth of the BIOTRONIK organization resulting from the unparalleled access to Key Opinion Leaders, Program Directors, Physicians in Training, and importantly, collaborative opportunities to work with BIOTRONIK Field and In House colleagues generated from International Fellows Program Initiatives.
The successful candidate will complete all mandated training requirements and adhere to corporate policies and procedures. Additionally they will carry out and implement all activities with a dedicated commitment to a culture of compliance and maintaining the BIOTRONIK and IFP Brand centered around the CRM Industry Gold Standard for Ethics and Compliance. The individual will maximize resource utilization and operate their respective geography/territory favorable to expense plan and budget.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop Annual and Quarterly Strategic Plans reflecting IFP and Organizational Goals and Priorities
- Establish durable and sustainable corporate partnerships with Target Program Directors within core University Hospitals
- Secure target audience objectives for IFP Courses
- Establish EP Fellows Data Base/Library identifying Fellows within individual Academic Medical Centers
- Maximize the BIOTRONIK Therapy and Technology Platform within Target University Hospitals
- Coordinate Educational and Training Forums to insure the safe and efficacious utilization of BIOTRONIK Therapy and Technology with key Physicians in Training
- Build and maximize alignment, engagement, and support for the BIOTRONIK Fellows Initiative within the Field and In-House teams
- Serve as primary liaison between the Fellows Champions and IFP Team
- Formulate formal Transition Plans for Fellows Transitioning to Practice at the completion of their academic training regimens
