Farm Tractor Service Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic & Asst. Techs

We are a successful farm tractor and equipment dealer located at Lewisburg, TN, a short 40 minutes south of Nashville. We have been blessed that 2020 has been a record year for us with business up 25% despite the challenges we all have had this year.

At the top end of our scale we are looking for a excellent farm tractor and heavy equipment service technician and mechanic. This A1 level technician can handle any task given to him. We are also looking for a mid-level technician who may have experience in any of these several areas to help in relief to our current staff including: general mechanics and tech work, electrical work on equipment, parts research and ordering, gas engines including utv's & older tractors, painting, and light construction equipment. At the low end of our pay scale we'd be willing to take on someone with high interest in this field who has good mechanical experience but little service dept. experience. Any candidate hired will need to have exceptional work and/or personal references.

Depending on your qualifications pay can range from $12 to $29 a hour depending on experience and position whether you are a A1 level tech or looking to be an asst. tech. The company also has a good profit sharing program after one year. We can flex your work week anytime between the hours of 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. A four day 10 hour week is fine too. We provide a clean work environment and shop.

Starting pay negotiable based on experience. Benefits include profit sharing and paid vacation. Health insurance is a possibility too if you are un-insured currently.
