Facility Attendant - Houseman

The Facility Attendant is responsible for responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safety and Security Policies and Procedures
• Guest Relations
• Housekeeping Protocol
• Certain Food and Beverage Attendant duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Brand-specific training as required.
• Appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.
• Ability to perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
• A team player with excellent customer service orientation.
