Description:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for both performing and coordinating work in the fab shop, including fabrication parts using various techniques such as assembling, welding, drilling, grinding, bending and sawing.

  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings in order to manufacture complex parts and equipment.

  • Work to ensure and maximize team performance/results through skill diversity and development. As a member of the team, you will contribute your individual skills and talents to help advance the team to meet facility goals and objectives.

  • Five 8 hour days

  • Schedule is 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday

  • Overtime as required

  • Flexible to work some weekends as needed to meet customers’ delivery needs

Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Fabrication shop environment

  • Ability to fabricate, weld, paint, sand blast and assemble parts per customer specifications.

  • Welding experience

  • Preferred Qualifications include Journeyman credentials or equivalent related military training/education.

  • Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions, use strong gripping hand functions. In addition, all employees are required to wear required PPE including ear, eye and toe protection.
