Extended Hours Triage Manager

Overview: VNA Health Group is a premiere Medicare/Medicaid-certified provider of home health, hospice, and community-based services. We’ve been serving families and individuals with the most advanced, comprehensive clinical home care in NJ since 1912.
We are currently looking for an Extended Hours Triage Manager to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervising the services provided by the Extended Hours departmentResponsibilities:

• Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
• Provides clinical oversight and support to Extended Hours staff
• Triages phone calls during evening and overnight hours and arranges visit with on-call staff as necessary
• Receives, enters, and assigns referrals
• Provides direction and leadership to the Extended Hours staff on a regular basis
• Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
• Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position

Qualifications:

• RN licensure, BSN preferred
• 3 years community health nurse experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
