ExpoCare Customer Service Specialist
Our company is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support our Operations. We are a fast-growing team that currently covers the DFW, Georgetown/Austin and San Antonio markets. The ideal candidate would bring OUTSTANDING customer service to all of our customers, ensuring them a seamless process on their home renovation project from start to finish~! This individual will be responsible for validating all sales contracts and ensuring compliance to company’s standards. They will also work with the homeowners at the beginning and conclusion of the projects to ensure Total Customer Care. This individual will also play a critical role on service calls and work with the Service Coordinators. Ultimately, the Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for customer communications alongside the company’s project delegation

Job Responsibilities:
- Receives and validates all contracts to ensure detail compliance.
- Responsible for communicating all discrepancies to upper management
- Design and implements reporting to reflect performance of individuals and sales teams
- Cross train in Project Coordination as a backup
- Document and assist in training with Director of Sales
- Communicates with Production Manager any information received
- Primary contact for receiving phone calls to the branch office.
- All other duties as assigned
