Expierenced Screen Print Press Operator

We are looking for a Printing Press Operator for the day shift. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime is an option. When on overtime we work 6am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Start presses and pull proofs to check for ink coverage and density, alignment, and registration;

• Examine job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special printing instructions;

• Set up & operate automatic screen printing machines;
• Prepare shirts to be printed;
• Verify that ink meets the specifications for a given job;

• Remove shirts from press;
• Inspect shirts to ensure high quality and print;
• Monitor automated press operation systems and respond to fault, error, or alert messages;

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment;
• Ability to pay attention to detail;
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team; and
• Ability to follow directions.

Must Have's:

• Valid Drivers License
• Atleast one year of experience on an automated print press

• Desire to what to be a part of a team
• Punctuality and Dependability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
