Union Park Veterinary Hospital, located in Cottonwood Heights, UT, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to add to our outstanding team. We are a boutique practice with beautiful, new facilities and a professional yet fun-loving team. We are dedicated to high standards of medicine and excellent customer service for our committed client base.

This position offers 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Our hospital is closed over the weekend, so this position includes NO WEEKEND shifts. We are looking for compassionate team players with exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities, who remain calm under pressure and enjoy a busy work environment. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, be outgoing and friendly, and enjoy connecting with clients as well as the team.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience as a veterinary assistant or technician and proficiency in the following areas: Dentistry, anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance, blood draw and IVC placement, animal handling and restraint, client communication and education, pharmacy duties, drug calculations, and handling of medical records.
