Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Hospital of Laveen is seeking a full time, experienced veterinary receptionist to add to our growing team. Our hospital is a modern, full-service general practice committed to high standards of medicine and client care. Our practice promotes a strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication, with a focus on caring and safety within the workplace.

Candidates must have experience in the following areas: client service, managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, sales, communication, multi-tasking, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a high level of computer proficiency, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. Most importantly, applicants must be team players who enjoy working as part of a team in a high energy environment. Top priority will be given to candidates who have experience in a veterinary hospital and those who are bi-lingual. A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all team members.
