Experienced Scratch Baker

Are you a talented scratch baker looking to expand your skills? Sunflour Baking Company is looking for you! We are inviting professionals to join our Bake Team in a variety of roles from bread baking, cake decorating and pastry production to various bench work in support of the operation. We are busy and we are fun!

Successful candidates will:

· Be experienced, skilled and passionate about Baking and Pastry Arts

· Be able to work well with others under pressure

· Understand and implement kitchen sanitation, safety and cleaning protocols

· Be reliable and consistently show up on time, ready to work

Requirements:

· Able to lift 50 pounds

· Able to stand for long periods of time

Additional qualifications we would like to see:

· Experience with laminated dough

· Experience with natural leavened dough

· Cake decorating skills and creativity

· Familiarity with large-scale production methods and machinery

· Servsafe, HACCP and any other regulatory qualifications

· Computer skills

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
