Seeking an executive secretary with a minimum of 5 years experience. Must be an expert scheduler (Google calendar,etc), knowledgeable with Quickbooks, multitasking office manager, must be able to follow directions, IT proficient (Microsoft office products, excel, social media etc),
You will be responsible for processing payroll/taxes via Quickbooks, answering phone calls, creating documents via MS Office apps, bookkeeping, creating/maintaining progress reports, processing company payments, etc; you must be able to multitask these types of responsibilities.
