Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive Marketing Assistants have more than administrative duties. They are the executive assistant to the CEO, but also help with some administrative marketing task.
Other responsibilities include:
Office Duties:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence, manage call lines for the office.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Make copies, order lunch, and prepare rooms for meetings
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for CEO
- Act as a personal assistant to the CEO
- Order groceries for the CEO home
- Arrange house cleaning staff for weekly appointments in the office and at CEO Home
Marketing Duties:
- Work with CEO to create content for all platforms and Manage Content Days
- Manage CEO's brand deals
- Assist the Marketing Manager with planning and managing the company’s social media strategy
- Create and maintain a monthly social editorial calendar
- Schedule and post all content on multiple social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok
- Engage with the Marketing by Monrae and Millionaire Mob social communities by responding or initiating dialogue in the comment sections, Direct Messages or the Millionaire Mob App
- Monitor the daily social conversation of our followers, other brands, teams and influencers to gauge social media sentiment.
- Work with the digital marketing manager on reporting and data pulls across each of the social channels to monitor performance, garner insights, and provide recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and spreadsheets
- Stay up to date on cultural initiatives and conversations to integrate into community conversations as well as industry trends in order to create additional opportunities for the brand and move fluidly with the changes and shifts in Instagram culture
- Turn analytical and community insights into brand-relevant ideas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
