Job Summary

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, Red Door Escape Room is a rapidly expanding and evolving series of escape room experiences. We are a fast-growing start-up in an exploding and exciting industry. We are looking for an executive assistant to work closely with our Executive team to keep the organization moving smoothly by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. An ideal candidate is self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn and expand your skillset is an absolute must. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, emailing
  • Manage and pay bills
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain a secured and organized digital/physical filing system
  • Perform routine tenant work and landlord requests
  • Handle purchasing and inventory of office supplies
  • Set meetings and manage schedules
  • Edit and format report and presentation deliverables
  • Administer new hires documentation, benefits enrollments, and other HR functions
  • Assist with coordination and logistics for company functions (Retreat, Christmas party, etc.)
  • Research and help write policies, trainings and other company documents
  • Assist in other administrative functions and perform special duties and projects as requested by management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience as an office administrator or similar role
  • Experience working with C-level leadership preferred
  • Basic HR experience preferred
  • Dependable, punctual, proactive, detail-oriented, organized
  • Outstanding communication and proper etiquette of written, phone, interpersonal
  • Strong computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
