What we need
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team to support our senior leadership in a fast-paced and rapidly growing startup. This individual will focus on providing a wide array of administrative, logistical, and project-related support. This role will have the ability to work cross-functionally across the company and the Administrative Assistance must be confident, proactive, and have the ability to stay steps ahead of the team.
What you’ll do
- Provide support for senior leaders and, potentially, other members of their team
- Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and other reservations
- Organize lists and understand reports and analytics within Hubspot
- Create and modify documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes
- Assist senior leadership with a wide array of projects and tasks
- Additional ad hoc projects as assigned
What you have
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of relevant experience supporting senior-level executives
- Thrives within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with little supervision
- Proactive, with a “go-getter” attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize completing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- Demonstrated experience in G Suite and/or Microsoft Office, tech-savvy
- Ability to work onsite M-F, with occasional work-from-home flexibility
