Job Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive, high-level organizational, technical and administrative support to the Vice President of the International & Domestic Sales and Sales team. Comprehensive support includes scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel; maintaining filing system and databases as needed and assisting with ad-hoc project planning and execution.

Position requires acute attention to detail and must effectively problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced deadline driven environment. Incumbent must display the highest caliber of professionalism in all interactions, internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate Degree in Finance, Management or Business Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • College level bookkeeping or accounting course work preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting principles, terminology, documentation and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong editing and proof reading skills
  • Ability to prioritize and function efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High degree of integrity, diplomacy and confidentiality and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several specific variables in or from standard situations
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an automobile required
