Executive Assistant needed for a top-ranking Residential Real Estate Team in the Minnetonka/West Metro area. With the help of this individual, agents are freed up to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this tenured, highly productive, and well respected Team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. Candidate should have a proven track record of consistently executing, creating and implementing systems, and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility within the team.
Compensation
- Salary Range of $60,000 - $80,000
- 401k match & Group HSA Health Insurance Plan - eligible after 90 day period
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period

Responsibilities:This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting and supporting the owner in multiple real estate related businesses as well as personal areas needing
- assistance.
- Assisting and supporting multiple Agents with whatever they need.
- Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience: This includes helping clients through the closing process, as well as executing the team's client & referral gifting process on all files.
- Requesting reviews and testimonials.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of quarterly client appreciation events.
- Maintaining current database, listing & transaction management, and post-close systems and checklists
- .Marketing of Listings, Business, and Team.
- Acting as the liaison between the transaction management team and agents/owners/brokerage/clients.
- Maintaining "executive summary" spreadsheets and reports, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating data with owners.
- Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence, maintaining physical & digital organizational systems.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Managing day-to-day office operations.
- Lead Management Assistance.
- Hiring, training, & onboarding new agents (Including facilitating new agent shadowing activities).
- Supporting agents and maintaining clean systems for effective and efficient lead generation activities.
- Keeping Team Operations Manual up to date.
- Schedule weekly team meeting and facilitating as requested.
- Constantly reviewing and developing systems to improve both efficiency, bottom line, and customer service experience.
- This person will LOVE spending a great deal of their time inside their checklists and will love paperwork.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail.
- Tech savvy; up-to-date with latest office applications; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms; able to quickly learn & adapt to multiple real estate tech platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude; excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent rapport building and non-verbal communication skills are also very important.

- College degree and social media experience preferred.
- Candidate must be willing to obtain a real estate license (Agent will reimburse).
- Must be able to deal with strong personalities.
- This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell.
