Job Description

This individual will be responsible for executive level administrative support performing a number of administrative duties and will require a person who is highly self-motivated, and capable of prioritizing workloads and tasks in a fast-paced work environment. A strong sense of confidentiality and discretion is critical in this role as is the ability to build positive relationships across multiple office locations and at all levels of the organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and represent executive leadership in daily operations
  • Generate reports and create executive level presentations
  • Manage email inbox and related correspondence as well as executive calendars including the scheduling of video conferences and conferences calls
  • Reconciling and submitted expenses
  • Coordinating travel and accommodations, as needed
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of work experience in a professional setting, preferably financial services
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and project manage different assignments
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
