Job Description
Overview: Executive Assistant responsible for supporting Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. Will manage schedules, meetings, travel and professional committments for Chief Legal Officer and department. Builds relationships and facilitates communication across all necessary areas of Texas Capital Bank.

- Manage calendar, including meetings, travel, professional commitments and related preparation
- Build relationships and facilitate communication with all necessary areas of the bank
- Plan and manage events and meetings
- Draft correspondence and presentation materials
- Support and assist with extensive documentation flow
- Research and resolve client issues, if needed
- Review and process invoices and expenses
- Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation
- Order and maintain supplies
- Provide backup to other team members as needed
- Provide phone coverage for executive and main phone line
- Support and manage special projects as needed
- Minimum of 5 years executive-level administrative experience or related experience; Legal department experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience at a law firm or supporting a Chief Legal Officer preferred
- Exceptional calendar and time management skills
- Proven ability to develop relationships with employees, clients, business partners and their assistants
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally – both verbally and written
- Ability to attend events and work on projects after hours, as needed
- Well organized and detail oriented to handle diverse and concurrent assignments
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Must exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
