Administrative Assistant Position: Real SF Properties
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager and Administrator. The ideal candidate is an outgoing people person who is extremely organized, works well with deadlines, has excellent communication skills and is driven to help grow a dynamic, professional, fun and BUSY boutique real estate brokerage. This is a full-time position with a base salary commensurate with experience.
This will be mostly remote work though we'd love to find someone in the Bay Area for occasional on site meetings and tasks.

Responsibilities
The Office Manager works directly with the Principals to manage all office-related operations. The successful candidate will effectively organize and complete multiple, simultaneous tasks, while serving internal and external clients. Specific responsibilities include:
- Oversee administrative tasks for our listings and buyer clients
- Oversee weekly marketing tasks related to our listings such as sending emails, creating Mailchimp emails from existing templates and producing property statements and emails from templates
- Respond to requests for showings and property questions from other agents
- Light bookkeeping duties including managing expenses for listing projects
- Manage the office operations, supplies and equipment
- Support development of listing proposals through emails, creation of analysis using existing information,
- Manage CRM and mailing lists
- Manage scheduling needs and contact vendors for appointments
- Create and manage standardized forms and processes to facilitate efficient operations the firm
Required Skills
- Excellent email and communication skills, both internally within team/brokerage and externally with clients and vendors
- Extremely organized and detail oriented. Like really detail oriented.
- You are someone who takes pride in not missing a beat and always looking to get better and more efficient at everyday tasks
- Able to quickly learn and utilize multiple technologies related to communication, basic marketing, GDrive, Slack, etc.
- Knowledgeable about basic bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Enjoy the fast paced and ever changing environment that is real estate!
- Hungry to learn and interested in improving our reputation, operations and brand
- Capable of managing multiple, complex schedules and supporting the Principals
- Self motivated and able to work independently with clear direction and feedback
- Open and honest communications
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and manage diverse and complex tasks
- Efficient and accurate worker
- Good listener, organizer and guide
Compensation
This is a full-time position with a base salary commensurate with experience

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
