Job Description
Overview: Palladian Partners, an Altarum company based in Silver Spring, MD, is searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership at our Rockville, MD headquarters. This position will support the Director of the All of Us Research Program and the Program as a whole. This position will be supporting an important, high-profile research program that will be serving the greater good by revolutionizing how we improve health and treat disease.Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Director of All of Us Research Program
- Support our Senior Program Staff with administrative and operational tasks
- Assists in preparation of presentations, proposals and reports
- Creates, reviews, and briefs various administrative and operational reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
- Project tracking and reporting for day-to-day activities
- Maintaining files
- Maintaining, organizing, and prioritizing the Director’s calendar and schedule
- Coordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences and other group activities
- Processing travel orders in accordance with Federal travel regulations
- Assist the leadership as needed
- A minimum of an Associate's degree
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
