Do you have.

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an administrative assistant or other support roles;
  • Exceptional communication skills - the ability to work with multiple partners remotely and communicate effectively across multiple platforms
  • Experience managing budgeting and expenses
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom
  • Strong common sense and judgment

Your Day to Day:

Serving as administrative support to the CEO and Chief Growth Officer

  • Liaise with accounting
  • Legal/HR paperwork, Hiring support
  • Managing and paying invoices and contractors
  • Liaison with photographer/models/ and PR firm, Photo/PR sample coordination
  • Customer service support and online order fulfillment when necessary
  • Expense reporting
  • Calendar, Scheduling, and, Email organization
  • File organization/Database building
  • Meeting preparation and recaps
