Job Description
The Event and Promotions Assistant will assist our on-site marketing team with all tasks involved in developing and executing the company's overall marketing plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute marketing plans and operational functions to company standards
- Attending and engaging in staff meetings and by sharing strategic ideas to enhance the business.
- Coordinate with all the departments involved in the organization of the event.
- Monitor the event traffic.
- Leverage existing consumer relationships and cultivate new business contacts
- Assist in the selection of marketing and promotional materials
- Build knowledge of the marketing systems implemented during each promotional campaign
- Work with other departments to help promote brand recognition
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event, or retail related settings
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends for events and promotions
