Position: Accounts Receivable Transaction Coordinator / Transaction Coordinator
Reports to: Client Accounting Manager
Location: Irvine, CA
JOB SUMMARY: The AR Transaction Specialist is responsible for processing resale transactions and ensuring that new homeowners are set up accurately and timely. This position is a critical and integrated member of the Accounting team and a successful candidate will have previous related accounting experience and the ability to function effectively in a fast paced, high transaction processing environment.
The position requires an individual who is ambitious, self-directed, and capable of working autonomously or with the leadership team to achieve the business and financial goals of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible to assist in the processing of transfer of ownerships resulting from resale transactions.
- Responsible to assist in the posting of all payments received from escrow as a result of a resale transaction.
- Responsible to retrieve the escrow documents from 3rd party vendor, review the documents for completeness, and notate that the escrow closed on the 3rd party vendor website.
- Responsible to assist in ensuring all processed resale paperwork is parsed out accurately in the file folders.
- Responsible to assist in the electronic filing of all processed resale paperwork once Copy Shop scanning is complete.
- Responsible to assist in the processing of the daily sync from Connect to Jenark.
- Timely for work and meetings.
- Follows quality system procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate on the phone.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Proficient in English
- Bilingual Spanish helpful.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Excellent general math skills.
