Your primary responsibilities will include building, maintaining, and continuously improving modern web applications, system integrations, reports, report automations, workflow automations, and business intelligence dashboards.What You’ll Do:

ERP Systems Development [90%, Primary Responsibility]:
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve modern web applications and services that improve the usability and utilization of Skanska’s financial and human capital technologies
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve integrations that impact or are impacted by Skanska USA’s financial and human capital technologies
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve reports, report automations, workflow automations, and business intelligence dashboards for Skanska USA’s financial and human capital technologies
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve documentation for the solutions you’ve worked on, helping train others on how to effectively use those solutions
- Collaborate with business partners, technical architects, and delivery teams to continuously improve Skanska USA’s portfolio of financial and human capital technologies
- Collaborate with developers and architects to continuously improve Skanska USA’s application development documentation, processes, and best practices
- Consistently demonstrate your work to colleagues and customers, with the goal of validating alignment with established acceptance criteria and business objectives
- Complete at least one (1) continuing education opportunity every quarter.
- Attend at least one (1) internal knowledge sharing workshop every quarter.
- Conduct at least one (1) internal knowledge sharing workshop every year.
We’re Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with financial and human capital systems, preferably Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM)
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience building, maintaining, and continuously improving modern web applications, system integrations, reports, report automations, workflow automations, and business intelligence dashboards
- Experience successfully prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience successfully working with others to achieve shared goals
- Experience successfully managing relationships with colleagues
- Experience successfully connecting business value with technology solutions
