POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the system administration of Elwyn's enterprise resource planning (ERP) application, with tasks including but not limited to fundamental analysis, implementation, training, report writing, testing, maintenance, and documentation of release notes
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues, including but not limited to resolving service tickets as submitted within service-level agreement timeframes, bank transfer issues, ERP system errors, assistance with journal entry postings, and managing standard and ad hoc report requests, etc., and follow up with the end user to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing maintenance of Approval Workflows (Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, journal entries, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions) with tasks including but not limited to coordinating with managers to create and maintain end-users and workflow assignments
- Review user security and role configurations by performing quarterly and as needed audits to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and tasks within the ERP workflows
- Configure system forms and security roles by building any needed additional security custom roles and permissions
- Create necessary reports as required by business needs, including but not limited to invoice reports, journal entry transaction reports, etc.
- Centrally coordinate master data management tasks including but not limited to scheduled processes, supplier and customer records, and hierarchy and value set maintenance.
- Work directly with business units to implement, support, and integrate technology of new modules and features into ERP
- Coordinate periodic and ad hoc system upgrades, perform testing, write user acceptance scripts, resolve errors, and document/publish release notes to end users
- Maintain a repository of help documents, job aides, and FAQs by creating user guides, working with the Service Desk to publish knowledgebase articles, coordinating with the IT training team to produce and update computer-based, self-directed learning modules in the learning management system (eLMS), etc.
- Monitor ERP health and engage with support vendor for various support and/or maintenance tasks, including but not limited to periodic production-to-test copies, technical service bulletins, submission/tracking/resolution of vendor service tickets, etc.
- Serve as liaison between Finance and IT to support Oracle Applications.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Three (3) years related experience in systems administration of an enterprise resource planning and cloud-based platforms; Oracle ERP highly preferred
- Experience writing advanced ERP reports; Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and SmartView highly preferred
- Finance and/or accounting experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions
- Demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little or no need for direct supervision
- Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
