Job Description: Progressive Leasing is hiring a Equity Compensation Analyst (Remote). Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, you will join a small but talented team of compensation experts. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, maintenance, communication and administration of all corporate-wide compensation programs. You will assist in improving and enhancing our compensation programs, utilizing the latest industry data in an effort to provide meaningful information and assist in recognizing our employees. You must be comfortable analyzing and reporting data.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our office locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist in the analysis, design, and administration of all company compensation programs
  • Assist in the execution of the annual merit review process
  • Maintain and administer company equity plan process
  • Responsible for the daily administration of all equity compensation programs including long-term incentive (LTI) and stock awards, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and deferred compensation (DCP)
  • Support the annual and off-cycle equity grant process and communication
  • Administer enrollment events coordination for ESPP and DCP, maintain plan documents, audits, reporting, issue escalation of data/employee related issues and questions
  • In coordination with Payroll, ensure that proper taxation is applied and reported for all equity transactions
  • Prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual reports and participate in responding to audit-related requests
  • Participate in salary surveys and benchmark all jobs to ensure our compensation package is competitive relative to market
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation program administration
  • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with compensation manager to education managers on all compensation programs
  • Work with HRIS and Tech to implement compensation systems and update any system changes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years’ experience in compensation analysis
  • 1-3 years’ experience in equity
  • Proven proficiency with Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment on diverse matters requiring complex analysis
  • Experience successfully navigating competing priorities and shifting business needs
  • Ability to interface effectively and build and maintain strong relationships across multiple business units
  • Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to persuasively present and communicate
  • Exceptional professionalism; comfortable working with confidential situations and multi-level leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience
