Equine Caretaker

Spring Acres Farm is a private/family-owned farm with American Saddlebred show horses. We are looking to hire a part-time employee to join our team! Needs are weekly from Fridays through Mondays. Duties include but are not limited to feeding horses, cleaning stalls, cleaning pastures, driving a tractor and spreader, grooming horses, along with miscellaneous other horse related/farm related tasks for the 11 horses on the property. Hours range from 21-23 hours per week. Hours include full days on Friday and Monday and partial days on Saturday and Sunday. Pay is $15-18 per hour depending on experience. COVID-19 considerations:
We are as careful about COVID as you are. We disinfect commonly used areas frequently and try to keep a 6-foot distance between employees. There are not many employees on site at one time so exposure is minimal.

Experience:

• Equine experience: 1 year (Required)
