Epic Willow Inpatient Application Specialist Or Analyst

Full-time 80 hours/two weeks, primarily Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm; occasional weekends, evenings as assigned covering go-lives, call, etc.
Primarily Remote , ability to be onsite required

J OB SUMMARY:
Works with end users and technical group to provide operational and technical support, troubleshooting, and/or recommend process or system improvements. Supports and implements patient safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Specialist Requirements:

• 1-year post-secondary education in related field, bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of operational or related application experience
• Epic Certification Application Certification or proficiency status required within 6 months of hire and within 3 attempts of certification/proficiency testing
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software

Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years related application build experience
• Epic Certification Application Certification or proficiency status required within 6 months of hire and within 3 attempts of certification/proficiency testing
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software
