Environmental Project Manager

EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist or Geologist to add to our New Jersey team. The position offers a dynamic and self-motivated individual the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing small business. The position offers a balance between field and office work. The work will be remote at the start, and then moved to a Robbinsville, NJ office location in the future.Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment projects primarily in New Jersey and NYC

• Serve as EnviroSure’s representative actively participating in commercial/industrial real estate trade associations in northern New Jersey for business development

• Support proposal preparation, subcontractor coordination, and budget/schedule adherence

• Coordinate project activities for site remediation projects with the client and project team

• Conduct fieldwork involving multi-media sampling including soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge of NJDEP Site Remediation Program and NYDEC regulations

• Multi-media sampling experience including but not limited to soil, groundwater, vapor and indoor air sampling

• Experience writing or assisting with Phase I and Phase II ESA reports, Preliminary Assessment, Site Investigation, Remedial Investigation and Action Reports

• Experience preparing analytical data tables

• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and computer skills

• 40 Hour HAZWOPER Certification

• Safe driving record

• Ability to work on a team as well as individually on task assignments

• Property Condition Assessment experience (preferred by not required)

• Wetlands delineation experience (preferred but not required)
