ProLift Toyota Material Handling is searching for an Entry Level Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist who will work in the Cincinnati (CSC#6) Customer Service Center receiving all incoming equipment, misc. products and/or supplies that support the operation. Successful Entry Level Warehouse Specialist will ensure proper storage of all equipment for rental, used, new, scrap and customer trucks providing locations, equipment movement throughout the service center and inventory checks. Entry Level Warehouse Specialist will also be responsible for the staging of equipment for deliveries and receiving of all equipment while working to achieve the goal of becoming an "Indispensable Partner" for all external and internal customers.
Hours/Days: Monday – Friday 1st shift.
Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Daily Inventory confirming trucks are in staging areas, marked and tagged according to location
- Receive all equipment, miscellaneous products and supplies in the CSC and storing the product(s) until needed by the Department Manager.
- Inform the appropriate personnel of the products or equipment received by the CSC in a timely manner.
- Pull and prep forklifts (wipe down, swap forks, etc.) to fill rental orders
- Maintain all storage areas including rental, scrap, new, used and customer equipment / products.
- Cycle all electric truck batteries (including battery packs) to ensure batteries are maintained and ready for delivery.
- Minor Repairs (mirror replacements, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Track complete work and be accountable for time
- Participate in team meetings to discuss how to increase efficiencies and lower cost
- Manage work flow to successful delivery finished equipment on the desired completion date
- Perform all assignments in a safe and satisfactory manner, according to the needs of the customer and company
- Promote services and products in a professional manner
- Participate in 5S projects to manage shop flow and condition
- Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies, and value of "Doing the Right Thing"

- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Education/Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED
- One year of related experience preferred
