Entry-Level Quality Control Chemist

Our client is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Chemist to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. This position is 100% laboratory based.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses of chemical samples for ultra-trace impurities to support product manufacturing

• Assist in the development of new techniques and procedures

• Perform complex routine and basic non-routine analyses

• Operate and maintain highly sophisticated analytical instrumentation

• Provide technical support to other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Chemistry with 1+ years' experience in QA, QC, validation, or GMP manufacturing

• Strong analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication, written and verbal

Benefits

• Pay is up to $62K annually, ($28 to $31 per hour, commensurate with experience)
