Entry Level HVAC Service/Installer Helper

This job is dynamic, fast paced, and hard to initially get into. This is a limited time offer to get in on the ground floor, receive real training and have the opportunity to get EPA and other certifications completed. Our goal is to set you up with success in the field with training in everything from running duct work to resume building.

Lewis Mechanical is a family owned company that has been servicing the surrounding counties for over 30 years. We primarily service, install and maintain HVAC units and we also specialize in Solar and General Contracting (home remodels).

Job Description:

Selected candidates will learn how to become certified HVAC Installers with real, hands-on experience. The job will include running duct work, setting and hooking up equipment, and testing the work to ensure high quality craftsmanship.

Job Requirments:

• Some experience in HVAC, construction or other trades are preferred.
• MUST be able to pass a background check and have a clean DMV record.
• Willingness to learn and expand your education.
• A desire to learn a new trade and become an essential worker.
• Ability to perform all aspects of the job. Ability to life 50 lbs or more, climb, crawl, and other physical tasks.
• Refrences are required. If you have previous experience, we will test you on your knowledge.

You will receive regular performance reviews and extensive education on how to present yourself to customers and to future employers. We are here to help you succeed!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
