Entry Level Account Executive

We are seeking candidates to fill our Entry Level Account Executive position with one of the top performing teams in the state.

We're currently seeking motivated and excited individuals that stand out above the rest to continue to grow our award-winning sales team. We are a rapidly growing branch and need to fill positions immediately in our Boston office to meet the demands of our clients this year! This is an Inside Sales Account Executive position that offers a strong performance based compensation opportunity and flexible schedules.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals for the Specialist position to work in a professional sales environment. Management opportunities are available. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary. Paid training is included.

Be an advisor to customers and clients alike.

Specialists are responsible for:

• Generating new business opportunities through retail partners, networking, referrals, tradeshows, and events
• Use the power of social and in-person networking to reach decision makers of the household to determine which services suit their needs best
• Research and develop new marketing and business strategies with Sales Managers
• Provide customers with information as well as presentations that effectively communicate our client's products and services
• Enroll customers into our client’s products and programs
• Build and maintain customer relationships overall

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Previous sales experience recommended but not required
• Desire to work with a leading company that will offer you excellent marketing support
