Job Description
Entrepreneurially minded Executive Administrative and Personal Assistant needed to help create order within several aspects of growing business in the Stockbridge area. Candidate will work in Stockbridge but should be willing to travel around greater Atlanta as needed.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and organizing appointments and tasks. Impeccable attention to detail and intense follow-up both electronically and by phone is critical.
- Document business policies and procedures to help create a polished operating manual for the organization.
- Take detailed minutes of meetings and provide a summary and action plan of meeting to participants.
- Organize and manage bills for business and CEO, as well as for other investments.
- Locate, negotiate with, and hire vendors as needed.
- Manage dry-cleaning, groceries, getting coffee, finding a pet, buying clothing, booking travel, or whatever other needs arise. The ideal candidate will be happy to do these things to help the executives stay focused on the business objectives.
- Organize and communicate company or personal social events, parties, dates, vacations, etc.
- Organize, schedule, assess, and communicate with management team regarding various insurances, employee and owner benefits, and medical appointments.
- Assist with maintaining various social media platforms to optimize public image of owners and company.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office/G Suite.
- 3+ years as a highly effective administrative or personal assistant.
- Very organized and attentive to details. This person should be almost obsessive about scheduling, order, and things being organized and put in their place.
- Understand and have proven experience following up with busy people.
- Positive attitude and willingness to do “whatever it takes” to help us succeed. Glass half full attitudes only!
- Looking for a “worker.” We are seeking someone willing to roll up their sleeves up and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Past experience in environments like restaurant, retail, sales, telemarketing, physical labor, etc. is impressive and a plus!
- The pay range is only a guide and may be flexible with someone who has enough proven expertise that they can make an immediate impact.
- Works well in ambiguity and is willing to take on big challenges and prioritize effectively in an environment of many urgent, competing needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends
