The Entertainment Devices and Services (Fire TV and Tablet) Advertising & Monetization team combines unique content experiences, advertising, smart TVs, Alexa, and mobile/tablet technologies to help our customers discover and engage with content and help Amazon lower prices. We operate at Amazon scale, designing programs and features that are enjoyed by tens of millions of active users globally. We solve significant customer problems in the consumer electronics space through devices, mobile applications, computer vision, and machine learning. One of our product lines is Fire TV, which is the #1 streaming media player with over 50MM monthly active users.
We are looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed Product Manager (PM) to own the international ad products and monetization strategy. This high visibility role will develop a roadmap that will change how we engage with and market products from advertising partners. This PM is passionate about inventing new products and programs that support the advertising flywheel for Amazon Devices. This role will entail partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders, and developing a roadmap that aligns with customer benefits and long-terms goals. This PM will engage with related product and program managers, advertising, finance, and leadership teams across Amazon marketplaces (e.g., Prime Video, Amazon Advertising, App Store, etc.).
The mental model for this PM is to be an Amazon Devices advertising evangelist (while demonstrating Ownership and Customer Obsession and understanding the broader business objectives), to fully leverage other teams where possible, and to justify additional development where there are remaining gaps. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, and who is sensitive to the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences. We’re looking for customer experience-minded entrepreneurs who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, demonstrate a high degree of product ownership, and want to have fun while making history. It is still Day 1 in the Devices and Services Advertising business, and we need a creative problem-solver with exceptional judgment and the ability to deliver business results under ambiguous circumstances and tight timelines.

- A Master’s degree
- Track record of managing products at scale
- Analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions, and to change directions when presented new data
- High attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; and proficiency at leveraging precious resources
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, drive, independence, and flexibility
- Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Composed, poised, and professional demeanor
- Track record of driving results through continuous improvement and in a collaborative work environment
