Overview: The Enterprise Property Accountability Supply Technician (ST) (Mid-Level) is tasked with supporting the organization's civilian personnel charged with executing formal property accountability operations.Responsibilities: MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: 100%.

- Perform day-to-day contractual and programmatic management of the contract and all task orders.
- Works with a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures and in the resolution of issues encountered in the process.
- Conducts maintenance of historical files, Administrative Adjustment Reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents.
- Executes property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities (including but not limited to posting and editing documentation within all appropriate STAMIS.
- Validates and ensures material readiness.
- Performs analysis of equipment on-hand requirements (Class IX, VIII, VII, IV, and II) identifying potential shortages.
- Requisitions material to meet requirements.
- Conducts inventory preparations, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensures compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.
- Identifies equipment status to include completeness, serviceability, and accountability.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
- Job duties and responsibilities may change due to contractual requirements.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
- Laptop and desk computer.
- Individual Protective Equipment (i.e., Hardhat, Steel Toed Boots, Safety Glasses, Work Gloves, Hearing Protection, etc.)
- Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment
- Be licensed and able to drive a manual transmission non-tactical vehicle (pickup truck/9 passenger van).
- S. Government leased, owned, and rented vehicles.
- Valid, current U.S. Passport
- Valid, current U.S. Driver’s License
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Travel to and throughout various CONUS locations.
- Work in an operationally sensitive environment.
- Perform tasks outside during any weather condition for long periods of time.
- Operate standard office equipment, such as a computer, copy machine and printer.
- Function in an office environment in a stationary position approximately 50 percent of the time or more.
- Work well in team environments including demonstrate the ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
- Function not only in an office environment in a stationary position approximately 50 percent of the time or more, but may work in austere, remote or non-remote permissive and non-permissive environments.
- Develop and build relationships with logistics management counterparts within parent organization as well as with external organizations facilitating the coordination of various logistical support projects.
- Operate within an environment with minimal oversight regarding repair(s) of weapons/equipment.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
- Able to lift twenty-five percent (25%) of his/her body weight over his/her head
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:- Ten (10) years of related work experience qualifying for the respective position and possession of a High School diploma, or five (5) years of related work experience qualifying for the respective position and possession of a relevant Associate's college/university degree.
Certifications:
Must have Valid U.S. Driver’s.- Current HAZMAT certifications.
- Certificate to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Pass customer specific training and certifications.
Travel:
Must be worldwide deployable, often to remote, austere permissive and nonpermissive environments.
Clearance:
Must have a current, adjudicated, and active TS/SCI security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Experience:
Minimum certifications.
Knowledge:
Must have supervisory experience and comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in Supply Management.- Must have comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and equipment management processes, related regulation, and is required to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with the requirements of this SOW.

- Advise and assist Client and Project Managers with planning, programing, budgeting, and executing project schedules.
