Zions Bancorporation is seeking an Enterprise Architect Manager to lead a highly skilled team of architects to support the bank’s architectural vision. This leader will balance a deep knowledge of technology and architectural frameworks with effective leadership and execution capabilities. Strong communication skills, a demonstrated collaboration mindset, and persistence in the face of complex technical challenges are essential!
Your primary responsibilities:
Support the bank’s enterprise architecture strategy, including the formal architectural framework and roadmaps.
Build strong governance of technology to ensure safe and sound business solutions (availability, performance, security, scalability, and interoperability).
Help champion an innovative and responsible culture that balances speed, flexibility and responsiveness with security, resiliency and sustainable practices.
Enable, guide and motivate a team of Enterprise Architects to define, achieve and maintain exceptional performance in architectural domains.
Act as advisor and consultant to executive leadership on technology and architecture topics (CIO, CISO, COO, CTO, etc.).
Drive stakeholder understanding of, and engagement in, architectural standards, approaches and objectives. Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders and leaders in infrastructure, application delivery, cybersecurity, banking and internal IT system product teams, risk management, and audit.
Ensure continuous, efficient and responsive architectural support for the bank’s key strategic initiatives: banking core transformation, digital transformation, cybersecurity enhancement, etc.
Identify and execute on opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery capability through automation and continuous improvement.
Provide timely and high-quality reports and briefings on architecture roadmap, strategic initiatives and architecture metrics to executive leadership.
