The Enterprise Account Manager (“AM”) is an integral member of Axiom’s Sales Department (“Sales”). The AM is primarily responsible for maintaining client relationships and leveraging business relationships to increase revenue with existing clients. The Manager will maintain accounts with employee counts of 2500 plus (Enterprise Accounts). Additionally, the AM will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Director of Enterprise Sales.
Essential Functions:
- Manage entire sales cycle and account management process for individual client accounts serving as the lead point of contact; build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; establish consulting style relationship that provides additional resources and training
- Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed client expectations by applying knowledge of Axiom’s products to match needs of clients
- Answer inquiries and concerns from clients regarding products, and services and their uses
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients, negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with members of Sales Department to identify and grow opportunities within existing client accounts and provide the necessary support to win the business
- Collaborates with Client Coordination & Implementation personnel to confirm that products and services are implemented properly
- Meet or exceed account management quotas and activity expectations such as weekly, monthly or quarterly maintenance checklists, meetings set and salesforce activities
- Responsible for quarterly business review for all key clients in book of business including utilization review
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. program KPI’s, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 10 years with a focus on account management or related fields.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work,
- Light to moderate lifting is required,
- Ability to uphold the stress of traveling,
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Must be willing to travel up to 25% (when available)
