As our Enterprise Account Development Representative you’ll do the important work of partnering with our Enterprise Account Executives and our Marketing team to develop new client relationships and accelerate existing ones. The right person for this role is entrepreneurial at heart, coachable, and also able to figure out new solutions to challenges as we grow. You’ll be a student of tech sales with a strong desire to “grow like bamboo” in your career. Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year inside sales experience in an outbound prospecting / lead generation role
  • Demonstrated ability to think and work strategically within a complex client account
  • Experience selling to technology leaders in Fortune 1000 (enterprise) companies
  • Strong track record of achieving results and taking on new responsibilities
  • Experience working in close partnership with field based sales team members
  • A bachelor's degree (business, technology, or communications preferred)
  • Ability to work with autonomy and make good decisions to grow your business
  • A high EQ (emotional intelligence) and CQ (cultural intelligence)
  • Demonstrated sales productivity skills (CRM, organization, forecasting, attention to detail)
  • International work/life experience (or demonstrated interest)
