The Enrollment Communications and Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing the enrollment communication and engagement of prospective students to assist the university in reaching enrollment goals. This position coordinates communication functions with the CRM, Slate by Technolutions, focused on successfully engaging prospective students to matriculation. The work performed will be collaborative with the University Marketing and Admissions focused on deploying and maintaining successful communication and engagement with students.
Candidate must be intrinsically motivated, work well in a team environment, display high levels of organization and efficiency, detail-oriented, be sensitive to confidential information and exhibit commitment to the mission and vision of Concordia University.
Essential Duties:
Comprehensive administrative and CRM support for enrollment communications.- Develop, execute, document and assess student engagement through effective communication campaigns.
- Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot database functions with CSP teams and partners.
- Support all team members and partners with enrollment data as students move through the funnel.
- Other duties as assigned
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and handle interruptions while seeing a task through completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to impact change.
Education and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required
- 2+ years Banner or admission database experience: Preferred
- 2+ year CRM or data system experience, preferably Slate by Technolutions and experience building communication campaigns: Required
- MS Office Suite: Required
- 2+ years Administrative support and project management experience: Required
- Ability to work well in a team environment: Required
