Job Description
Help to shape the future: You will be a key team member driving our quality processes and standards. This individual will work with our Project, Engineering and Quality Management departments, reviewing active projects on a regular basis to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Through your work, you make a fundamental contribution to achieving our Safety and Quality goals for the various product launches.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Work with project management and engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality processes & requirements.
- Development support and approval of project quality assurance plan (QAP).
- Ensure quality gates and processes are executed in accordance with quality standards (static analysis, code review, etc), including configuration management.
- Guide and consult projects in technical aspects of quality processes.
- Analyze quality metrics and provide feedback to project and quality management.
- Support in organization of internal / customer reviews (ASPICE assessment, VDA6.3 process audits, safety reviews, Safety -Analysis reviews, FMEA reviews, etc.).
- Support Lessons Learned reviews and problem solving activities.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of Quality experience
- 1+ years of experience with product development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- 2+ years experience with the Bosch Quality Management System
- Fluency in English (further language skills are an advantage)
- Automotive and/or infotainment field experience
- Familiarity with software programming languages: C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, Windows and Unix shell scripts.
- Experience with software engineering and processes including familiarity with software development life cycle artifacts
