The Job
Xandr is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Audience Insights and Planning team to ensure the success of our customers by building a wide array of applications, at scale, to help them plan and execute advertising strategies. We power audience discovery and insights and provide tools to support powerful integrations to our buying and selling platforms. We are a collaborative high-impact team, responsible for critical systems, building new products, and solving industry-leading problems.

You will collaborate with passionate, creative engineers to build the next generation of planning and forecasting tools to wrangle insights from our massively scaled advertising systems.
You Will
- Inspire the team towards the successful delivery of high-quality code & impact
- Foster an inclusive, positive culture that emphasizes ownership and knowledge sharing
- Partner with Product Managers to prioritize a roadmap that balances ongoing improvements with new feature development
- Provide continuous feedback to guide team members’ career development
- Hire high potential candidates to grow the team
You Have
- You are an action-oriented player-coach manager
- You have led teams of engineers and guided them through their career development
- 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
- You use sound technical instincts to build consensus around technical designs
- You have a track record of delivering high-quality, cross-functional products
- Experience with leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
