Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, or Go).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience building tools that improve development velocity, code quality, and/or code health.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities- Enable Auto to develop with confidence, ship with ease, and celebrate the quality of its products.
- Manage a team of Engineering Productivity software engineers in building an exceptional infrastructure for the automotive program.
- Work on early stage bi-directional data platform products from embedded systems to cloud.
- Own complex problems in testability, standardization, and fleet analytics.
- Thrive in cross-functional partnerships to form collaborative strategies with high stakeholder value.
